I don't agree with you David. Software VST instruments will never touch the real thing.

It may be blasphemy, but I'd take an Origin over a 100-lb analog rack.
And, the DSP and VSTs are getting better all the time and the computers
are getting faster and cheaper. Within five, or ten years at the most, I
think it's going to be hard to justify analog hardware, even for most of
us fanatics.
