Have you tried switching on the wah pedale at around 60%, the reason I
ask this is years ago, I stumbled across a hauntingly similar patch...
It was a harmonica....also engage the chorus in "parked" mode(just the
right switch on)
Also try with the Square wave first with puls/wdth and a hint of pw mod
to taste....then filter out the "out of harmonica range" frequencies
and and add resonances as needed....
and finally add the initial pitch bend
