hi Thanks for posting your schematics, if you want to start a homepage
for your pics and schematics, set one up for free at www.sdiy.org -
anything synth related is okay, i think you get 100mb to fill (of
course - feel free to post stuff here too)
i have some plans for a dekatron based 'sequencer' - needs 7 double
triode tubes and a dekatron, won't be able to build and test it 'til
november (holidays), also have set aside the parts necessary to build
the 'harmonic synthesizer'(pdf in files)...really its just a wizzbang
graphic Eq but can adjust phase as well as frequency.
am also planning on judds 'bell gates'.
guess a few simple oscillators/dividers will be needed - neon is good,
they sound excellent, cheap and easy to build.
Probably rebuild my PSU too, need more than just +/-170V for some of
these designs.
for tube heaters - power supply from a dead pooter, 20A of +12V and
12A of +5V, its easy to change a few resistors inside to get 12.6V and
6.3V.
i built 2 of Eric's VCfs last year, they were okay but cos they sat
next to a 6jh8 wavefolder and a 6bn6 clipper, they kind of paled
(anything would next to the beam modulators) compared to the nastiness
going on next door.
keep us updated - especially some MP3s!
