That is not the original battery (which is a good thing!) The original
is a blue cylinder about the size of a roll of film and says 'Varta' (the
manufacturer) on it. A CR2032 is a common lithium coin cell, these don't
leak unless they get very, very hot, and then it is a thin vapor that is
very poisonous. This is not ever going to be a problem unless the battry
is thrown into a fire.
You can measure the battery voltage and see if it is near 3.0V. If so,
it is still good. If it is below 2.0V, time to swap it out for a new one.
