i use a real polysix about once or twice a week, i'm in a band using polysix, mono/poly and a triton. i can't imagine that a soft synth of a polysix would sound the same or better. my opinion is it will sound different, but that's not always a bad thing. but i haven't ever played with a software polysix so i wouldn't know for certain. i love analog controls, i've played with usb midi controllers and software before and it just doesn't feel the same to me, regardless of sound it just feels better playing a synth instead of a replica of. but i imagine the software version still sounds cool!

No? Do tell.
I've only read reviews, and Korg's own stuff. The enhancements (polyphony
etc) sound good, but not having heard it, I can't actually say whether it
does 'sound' good.
Have you, or anyone else, used it much?
