Along with my PolySix I have a few Rolands with metal panels that
despite my best efforts I can't get the fingerprints off. What's the
best way to clean those metal panels and not strip the paint off at
the same time.
And, relatedly, I just got a Juno 106 that has tape residue on the
panels. I can get it off with my old methods (saturating with
diluted household cleaner and then some gentle scrubbing) but I
noticed when I was doing this to my JX3P a little of the paint came
up with it. Fortunately the paint that came up was minimal and
didn't affect the look of the panel, but of course I stopped doing
that to prevent it from becoming an issue.
Thanks!
