You can easily double the patch memory by soldering a 2nd RAM chip onto
the old one. You have to make the nCS signal switchable, e.g. via a
front panel switch ner the Pbend / Mod wheels. Wire the switch this way:
|----------o RAM chip 1 pin 8
IC25/pin11 o------/
|----------o RAM chip 2 pin 8
Either one RAM chip is active or the other. The inactive chip has to
have a pullup resistor on its select pin, so add a 10k Ohms resistor
from pin8 to pin 18 to each RAM chip.
