Subject: Polysix Memory Expansion

From: grantbt@jps.net

I wonder with all these KLM367 replacement boards and various MIDI options, do any of these offer expanded patch memory?

I ask because back in the late 80's (I guess) I sold a kit through EM Magazine that increased the patch memory from 32 to 96. The downside is there was definitely soldering involved. The upside is the bank selection was done using existing panel switches (decoding an unused combination of buttons). Is this pointless now that these new boards offer more memory than a stock P6? Anyway, I just stumbled on my old design and that triggered this question. I don't have a P6 at this time...
