Hi Florian, welcome to the PolySix group. I recognize your name from your contributions to some of the other synth groups on Yahoo. Congratulations on getting your P6 up and running.

Subject: [PolySix] Introduction

Hello

I am new to the Polysix group, so I'd like to introduce myself.

My name ist Florian Anwander, I live in Munich, Germany, and I am into
synths since a veeeeery long time (late 70s). I played a Polysix in a
band in 1982 but I did not own it. Finally I bought a broken Polysix a
half year ago. It had the typical battery damage, plus that it was
mechanically not in the best state. Nevertheless I could revive it again
completely (which was an ugly job. Most annouying error: the
rectangle/PWM-switch did not work, because a missing isolation washer
for a screw shorted one address bus line on the programmer board).
I added the tubbutec MIDI to it and I also I developped a small addon
board, which provides what I call the "chord trigger" (if you are
interested give me a note).

Thanks to the admin for managing this group!

Best regards Florian
