There is only one size. The difference in size in that picture is just a trick of perspective. I have only seen serial numbers between 382198 and 465746 and they have all been new production 366 boards. Somebody on Analogue Heaven made this statement “FYI the highest 'early production' Polysix I have found to date is s/n 384018 and the lowest 'later production' is 385983.” That does not match up with what I have seen. I have 382198 here right now and it is definitely a new production 366 board. 388422 is the second lowest number I have seen. It seems likely that the numbers started with 380000 but after 399xxx seems to have jumped to 462xxx without any physical changes.

Does anyone know..

What was the first Korg Polysix serial number? (Did it start at 38 000?)

What was the last Korg Polysix serial number?

What was the last Korg Polysix serial number of the old production?

Did the Polysix come in different sizes? At this photo, the two Polysix seem to differ in size. Is this related to the old/new production? If so, which one was smallest/biggest, and what are the measures and weight of each one?
