Hi, got no answer for you, just want so say,
same here, don't know exactly which photo coupler to buy

VTL5C2 (4 pins)
VTL5C3 (4 pins)
VTL5C3/2 (5 pins)

Looking forward to answers,
tuning is not possible with trimpots.
