You mean it was working before and it got worse?
What do you mean by "knocked out"? LEDs are lit/off or button presses don't do anything?
Hmm.. I'm wondering if you bridged something (that isn't supposed to be bridged) to +5V or ground.
Don't keep it turned on for long if you don't need to in case something got shorted by mistake.
I can't say exactly which traces you should check, but the traces around and under IC31 are always good candidates.
If you're "lucky", you'll have acid damage in a completely different place, as I've heard of people having damaged traces far from where the battery is, maybe due to the synth having being stored standing sideways or perhaps fumes from the leaking battery have been corrosive.
IC31 may itself be damaged but you'd have more consistent problems with almost everything on the synthesizer then I think.
Make sure pins 4,14,13,7 of IC34 aren't directly tied to ground or +5VDC (resistance testing between each pin and +5VDC point with power turned off).
There should be resistance between the pins and +5VDC due to pull-up resistor array R17 (roughly 10k)
What is currently working/not working?
Are you sure you're counting the pins on the ICs correctly?
Do you have the schematics?

I bridged IC26 pin 5 --> IC34 pin 5 and there's continuity to IC22 pin 11 , however doing so knocked out the Bank A thru to Write switches and when the I change patch switches, the sound played doesn't.
Any pointers to where to look ?
