Also, the octave and waveform switches and the PW/PWM level are all sent
through IC28 (14042) so check down around there for damage. This chip might
need to be replaced.

Check the traces originating from CN06 on the KLM367 board.

BTW, the PW pot is probably just fine. If the waveform is set to PW (which
it might well be since the switch doesn't work) the sound will stop at
about 8 or so because at this point the pulse is getting too narrow.

Check also if the MOD switch for the LFO works.
