I answer this question.

IC 6 is that you want to find.
You can find it under a keyboard assembley on KLM-366B, beneath the IC
there is a blue socket.
This IC is 8089, a famous chip family of Intel 8048.
I don't know it is available in U.S., but you could still find second sauce ICs.
An example, my Polysix, made in Japan, uses second sauce 8089
manufactured by NEC.
The 2nd sauces are a little different from its original, memory
transfer speed etc.
If you hasitate to use second sauces, you'd better consult Datasheets,
or obtain another one that is used in your Polisix
