Hi P6 folks,
i have found the solution, CMOS Ram IC32 was out of order. I have replaced it by a new one and my P6 is working well now.
Thanks for your help !

I have desoldered every pins but support seems to be stick on pcb.I will check again connections to be sure.About memory do you think that chips can have bad data inside after my wav file loading from tape input ? is it possible to done a hard reset on the polysix ?

These all come from the two 74LS08 chips. Turn the Polysix off and use an ohm-meter to check connections from the 74LS08 chips to CN10, and also P10-P13 and P26,27 signals from CPU to CN10.

When you are doing a write, pressing a program button should stop the LED flashing, so it seems that is working okay. You may have a bad memory chip, but you should probably check all tracks on the KLM-367 again. Check resistance on D0-D7 from CN10 to all points on the board that should have this signal. I am guessing you have the schematic diagrams since you have done much work already.

After that i have turn it on and the synth is working well. All sound functions are ok now. Happy man, i decide to test programmer but of course no sound inside. when i depress banks and programm key, i can access them but no sound.
