Archive of the former Yahoo!Groups mailing list: Discussion about the Korg PolySix synthesizer

Hi list.

This is more of a generic Korg Polysix/61 question but I guess it qualifies :)
Under the keys there are these metal guides with a piece of rubber tube of some sort.
This rubber is starting to disintegrate and has fallen off of some of the guides on my Poly61 and I think the Polysix uses the same construction if I'm not mistaken so there's a risk there too.
Is there a replacement for these things?
I have been thinking shrink tube might be possible to use but it's not exactly the same thing.
Any ideas or suggestions?
