FWIW, I got the P6-KBD MIDI retrofit (http://www.chd-el.cz/index.php?id=399) last month and installed it recently. It was a pre-assembled kit and has more then just MIDI on/off. It cost me $130 shipped from the Czech Republic. It was dead easy to install too.
