Yes, I have (again) MIDI retrofits for the Korg Polysix available,
but only the DIY version. It consists of:
∗ printed circuit board of the MIDI module
∗ programmed EPROM chip with the latest firmware
∗ CDROM containing:
- detailed technical information how to assemble the MIDI module
- parts list
- schematic diagrams
- cable diagrams
- installation instructions
- user instructions
- original Korg adjustment instructions
- software: patch manager (win32), cmdline sysex tool
∗ Price is 150.- Euro / 210.- USD, shipping included

If you have any technical difficulties I will try to help to sort it
out, but this is somewhat limited via email...

I have the kits ready, so when I receive the payment I will ship on
