We could probably flood this board with praise for Andy and Jed, and they
would deserve every bit of it and more. Giving a classic like the Polysix
new life is one of the few things I've done this year that seems worth every
penny and every second spent on it. I also think a big thanks is due to the
rest of you guys on the board who have supplied insight and debugging tips
for this machine, even if (or maybe especially if) it's just a reminder of
something I should have seen in past posts.
We're almost to a new year now, and I can see a great future for this group.
Sooner of later (sooner I hope) the Polysix's will all be repaired and this
board will turn to some serious (not too serious) mod work, starting with
the MIDI board from Johannes. Start planning for next year, folks. Your
Polysix has a ton of new features just waiting to get out.

I had the chance to meet Andy on this message board and I'm very grateful
he's turned my dead Polysix back to life (the name of an american hippie
band is hidden in this sentence).

Andy is a passionate and talented person, a perfectionist. My electronic
knowledge is almost non-existent but he managed to give me clear
explanations in various areas.

I don't want to forget Jed Jorgensen in this tribute. He is the instigator
of the KLM-367 clone project. Unless his patience and devotion we'd still
deal with severely damaged circuits.

They've both written their name in the Polysix history and we should always
remember their inestimable input.

Thank you so much !

email contact working me through a couple frustrating issues until we found
one bad track on my 366. Now things are looking great!
