Hi everyone,
In the course of constructing a couple of the KLM-367A clone boards, I created a Project parts list based on the Google document from Jed and Andy, and made it available for general public access. The URL is:
http://www.mouser.com/ProjectManager/ProjectDetail.aspx?AccessID=a9422d6c6bIf you've decided to order the parts from Mouser, using this Project has a couple advantages. First, it saves the time of keying in each part number and quantity -- you can just click on the "Order Project" button and all the parts from the Project will be placed in your shopping cart (where you can delete or add items as desired). Second, each part in the Project list has its corresponding reference number for the PC board (R2, C8, IC23, etc.) linked to it. When the order arrives, each part will be in a bag labelled with the PC board reference number right on the bag. Assembly is then simplified -- you just have to place the parts in each bag in the locations given by the reference numbers on that bag.
I've cross-checked the Project against the Google document list a couple different ways and believe it is correct. That said, if you really want to be sure, you can always double-check the items in the shopping cart against the Google document before completing the order.
Hope this is useful.

P.S. the Project includes all corrections noted on Jed's site, including the C4 correction that was just found. It also includes both the standard C23 and the alternate C23A sometimes needed in the clock generation circuit.
