I'm sure I have a couple of those on an old KLM-371 board that I could take apart. Just the black frame with the two springy plastic bits attached to the center black button that pushes on the tact switch. Those plastic springs don't last forever. Looks like it should come out just by unsoldering the LED, not the tact switch itself. I wonder if it's safe to try to remove the old cap without breaking the button off?
