Subject: RE: [PolySix] P6- all programs don't save EG and VCF levels (not properly)

One of my copies of the Polysix service manual has some handwritten notes in
that section that says to adjust Cutoff on the front panel when checking
CN05-7 for 0V, and it says to adjust Resonance on front panel when checking
CN05-11 for 8V. There don't seem to be any internal VR's for this. This is
just to get the filter in some known reference state before continuing with
step (3) 1).

That sounds almost exactly like the problem I am having. Programs A6, A7,
C6, C7 are not storing some parameters, usually the MG settings but
sometimes the VCF cutoff and EG attack are way off also. I have been
assuming the memory chip is no good but with the symptoms changing a bit on
some days, I want to find time for more testing before I order a new chip.
Some days A5 and A8 also seem to have problems.

Hallo to all again !
I was messing with the D/A converter ,now is ok
--thanks to your help---

Now the problem is still the one that brought me to start the
adjustment procedure.
VCF and EG levels are not correctly stored in the programs for all
the banks.

Another question :during the klm366 VCF resonance adjustment
the manual say to check cn05-7 and adjust it to 0V
where is the trimmer?

thanks
Petrolio
