Subject: Knob Problems with P6

Hi!

I´ve just got a Korg Polysix with already done Battery Modification
and a new IC31 but the Knobs won´t work (Tempo/Mode/Octave
switch/Pich Bend does work but the Rest not). The Programmer is also
o.k, no duplicate lighting LED´s or something else.

The Variable Resistors gets voltage and when i set here or there a
Bridge on the Connector between KLM-369 and KLM-370 i´ll get a
Reaction (no matter which Parameters are affected, some bridges make
a distorted/overphased sound or overdriven) or the MG-Led flushes
first slowly and then faster and faster until she´s complete lighting.

I don´t believe that the 2nd 74LS08 is defect, i know from my other
Polysix if this chip is complete removed even the Programmer won´t
work anymore (maybe the 8048 fails in this moment to initalize).
Maybe it IS the failure but if i can be honest: Removing Chips is not
the best what i can do and i destroyed (while trying this) my other
KLM-367-Board (does anyone have one, even without the 8048?)

I removed from my other Polysix then complete KLM-369 and KLM-370
Board and connected it there, it won´t also working. I also don´t see
any corrosive connectors and i also tried to insert another 8048, it
won´t work. I also tried to remove the blue wires from the 369-
Connector step by step, no affect.

Anyone an Idea (and also a KLM-367 too much)?!??!

Thanks!
