Subject: Re: [PolySix] Feeler: What's the interest level in a run of new KLM-367 PCBs?

Andrew has a good point, that many people may not be up for the level
of effort required to use a blank pcb.

However, I think offering stuffed, tested, and calibrated boards --
scavenging parts for each board -- is way too much work for anyone to
do in quantity on a volunteer basis. If anyone wants to, by all means
go for it, and of course if anyone wants to make a business of it
that'd be great too.

But where I'm going with this is: Jed, don't overlook that a lot of us
ARE able and willing to make use of a blank KLM-367 pcb. Don't let the
idea of having to start such a business discourage you from preparing
the board layout and making a run. You'd be doing us DIY guys a HUGE
favor if you can just get the pcb's made. I'm sure you can sell enough
blank boards to offset your costs. Then we can each take it from there.

My two cents worth,

skw
