I actually had this problem on the last one I sold. The solution wound up being to...cut the trace from the modulation line coming on to the cpu /programmer board.... over to where it hooks to the filter capacitor half way between there as I recall. I load tested it. The intensity of the 'baseline lfo' I'll call it... was such that a 10K resistor would halve it!! Very strange. I examined the trace but could see no way that this ghost lfo was making it's way onto that modulation line. I can't recall which pin it is but it's the one that comes FROM the front panel mod source. Best wishes. -Bob
