I've got a couple Polysixes that I was going to replace the all the fake wood with real and make some extra sets. Interested?

I'm new of this group and I bought recently a P6 with keys problems
(all done now) and, that's the question, worn, bad, broken side
panels. Since it's not wood what's the better way to restore them?
Maybe a reconstruction or maybe stripping the sides (gently) and
building new ones from real wood?
thank you
