Has the battery leaked? Have you already fixed it? Without the battery
and with all parts around the battery ok, the Polysix functions 100%,
it only can't remember stored patches when turned off and on again.
My battery leakage wasn't so bad, so I'm not sure what happens when
it's too severe.
But I've just discovered a transistor with brownish/greenish legs on
the KLM-366. I'm not sure if this comes from the battery leakage. But I
know the Polysix was standing around for a long time, perhaps leaned to
a wall. Knowing this it might be possible that some of the liquid
dripped down and fell on that transistor.
So it might be worth it to check basically every part for visible
changes/damages. If you have already done that, I'm sorry, I've got no
idea.
