Then what did time do? Did it get fatigued and have a seat so that for a brief second time just sat still? Or did time start to fidget a bit after standing still and then went over and looked out a window? Or what if for a brief second time just stood still and then it started to River Dance? That woulda been something, huh?
Maybe after time stood still it realized that it was now running a bit late and then quickly grabbed its coat and grabbed its hat and made the bus in seconds flat.
