I received a call from a man in Michigan who wanted to sell hismint 1956 B3 and Leslie. He lost his job and was being forced to sell hisprized musical possessions. I wanted to help him out but I could not afford thefreight to California. I was able to refer a buyer to him and am happy that he nowhas a few thousand dollars to help him and his family through these difficulttimes.
The point being is that we will probably be seeing much more ofthis. Most economists are predicting a deep recession that will last at leastanother year. Some are even predicting a depression.
I have stopped purchasing any musical instruments and hope thatthe time will not come when I have to sell them to feed my family. May God helpour friends who are not so fortunate.
