Call me daft (you wouldn't be the first), but I always found that the
stuff the Moodies did between songs was more interesting than the
songs themselves. Same thing with Hawkwind. Though the tunes were
usually rather catchy, they really didn't have much to offer, and the
lyrics (here we go again) were banal in extremis (says he who, only by
the purest of flukes, has ever composed one song - listen to "This is
It" at
http://www.myspace.com/jimab).
