I disagree too, I had a 73 note stage piano with a sustainer (some MXR device for guitars) with my tunings, the sucker would sustain clean ethereal sounds for a long as you held the custom made pedal 2' wide and monolith stand with 2 ARP Odysseys  on top a long with the trusty M400 and ARP 2600 w/digital sequencer (Dave Smith's first unit sold serial #2).

IMHO the Yamaha DX7 is an unnecessarily "obtuse" instrument that I have ever played. I don't have the energy to "hate" anything ,but I sure don't care about the DX7 and I was a factory authorized tech for them among
 many many others.

i'd have to disagree, IMHO, of course.
with all the lame crap instruments out there, that would
not make my worst 10.
i find playing a rhodes a quite organic experience.
plug it into a phaser and i think they sound even better.

i vote for the korg M-1.
the very definition of "dross".
did anyone EVER actually program one, or did EVERYONE just
use the presets... i bet out of the thousands sold, only
a handful ever had their presets altered...

To my disappointment, it was about PC keyboards; however, it got me to thinking that we've talked about cool keyboards (our kind, of course), but I don't remember any exchanges about the worst. Sure to be some controversy. Any takers?
