I've played about with this a while - the bass accordion is actuallyprety weedy. If you insist on playing Genesis (and there is no goodreason to do so) then either try the St Johns on the bottom end (∗) oruse String Section. It's much heavier and doesn't have that 'you coulddrive a truck through the gaps in this noise' feel about it.
