I think made by SKB there is a huge keyboard case that you can make it fit in, but, the word huge is not what I'm looking for. SKB does make a "safe case" they call it made for a mixer about the size of the 4000D. Markus from Mellotron had said there is a case maker in L.A. but him or I have not been able to locate them yet.Rich D.

Have you looked into standard keyboard soft cases and then getting some extra foam to pad the areas the M4000D is short on?

Subject: [newmellotrongroup] (unknown)HiJust purchased an M4000D. The flight case is too heavy for everyday use. Anyone know of a soft, lightweight case available? I will be keeping the flight case for long haul use.Thank youRich D.--Gino Wong BirgeloBSComm, BSEE,ReRED Recording, Analog Sound Design
