Somebody has an electronic copy to offer you. Problem is every other one is going to think the next guy has offered it to you. Try to pin somebody down.

You can always go to Mark Glinsky at Manual Manor. He is a good resource, he prefers to trade rather than charge postage or soliciting a donation from you.  I always give a donation.  He is also selling some great gear at the moment,
