Here is my battered Mellotron in all it's warbling glory:

An improvised piece for myself on Mellotron,bass clarinet and bass guitar with a cellist and a feller playing concert percussion.

An improvised piece for myself on bass guitar and mellotron with a drummer and guitar player/drum mic manipulation that starts off dreamy/out there and ends up in John Fahey/Pink Floyd/Eno art rock land.

More of a stright ahead prog thing here, also improvised, for me on bass guitar/mellotron, double bass, drums and guitar. The 'tron comes in at about 10 minutes.
