The Chamberlin Violins are the same as the MkII Violins, but at least one generation newer. They sound somewhere between the M400 Violins and the MkII Violins. In my "purist" past, I would have ordered untuned tapes, but it's worth it to get tuned tapes. I'm pretty sure yours will default to tuned tapes.
