Basically either 'that stuff goes or she goes'.

Well 'that stuff' is still here and it's not going anywhere!

John - I went through where you are now. My wife was a colossal idiot too.

The best advice I can give you is do just your own thing and completely forget about her.

Don't talk to her, don't talk about her , don't waste another second thinking even about her.

She's truly not worth it.
