But I'm not good enough at doing that or translating my vision to the musicians so I am stuck with the absurd idea of using a Mellotron to simplify things.
 
Have you ever tried to get a bunch of Bees to buzz chords in a orderly fashion ? Call it cheating but I'll use the Mellotron any and everyday.

Ok, after listening again to the clips I have to say that the Twist in C is extremly well made
with a lot of variations.
I guess no modern single-entertainer- keyboard (I don't know the english word for what we
use to call in German "Alleinunterhalter" ...) (those with floppy disks — "Personal Keyboard"
often called) will sound as authetic then these tapes!
