Paul and Hugo,

I've got an applications document from the SSM catalog circa 1979 that
described a 4 pole state variable with 2 resonant peaks. They were
controlled separately - one was named 'Q' as normal and they called the
other one 'R' or something like that. I don't believe the design was SSM
specific. I've always been intrigued by this design but never got around to
trying it. It sounds quite similair to Hugo's description. Anyone want a
copy of the article?
