Subject: RE: [motm] Modulating between VCO waveforms?

Yeah, I'm looking for something that can crossfade, not just switch. That Modcan does look pretty awesome and I see now there are quite a lot of modules out there that do this. Someone else also suggested this much simpler diy crossfade/panner:
j3rk 'fadr' crossfade/pan, pcb only

Thanks!

You can use a switch like the MOTM-700 but more often you may want something that smoothly transitions between two or more waveforms. Try using a mixer. Also consider voltage controlled panners. Off the top of my the Modcan 69B Scanner is one of the coolest and most elaborate panners (I love mine) but there are others.

Subject: [motm] Modulating between VCO waveforms?

Hi all,

Using the MOTM 300 VCO, how would I go about modulating between the different waveform outputs?

I don't have the MOTM 700 but is that what it essentially does? switch in and out between two (or more?) inputs using any CV? Are there other ways?

Thanks
