I run blacet, MFOS and a few diy modules straight off the motm power supply. In the past I used to also run synthesizer.com modules too, but you need the little adapter they sell to do that. I know you weren't asking about any of these brands, but in case you wanted to know more for the future...

You'll be fine.  The only thing to keep in mind is that when you order the Modcan, you need to ask Bruce for the Modan to MOTM cable (MOTM distro board has 2 grounds, Modcan just one, but otherwise they're equivalent).
