0 to 10 wouldn't make sense because it doesn't communicate the ability of
the shifter to 'invert' or shift through zero. I've updated the info on the
site recently to indicate it's a through zero FS.
Yes, the Fine Shift approaches zero towards the center of its rotation. I'll
look into text for that knob too.
The CV is positive only.

If you are going to add numbers, they should go from zero to 10 (or whatever
voltage its effect approximates), not -5 to +5. A negative amount of shift
makes absolutely no sense, based on what I've read so far.
Also, does the Fine Shift approach zero towards the center of its rotation??
If is does you might want to add a "-" and "+" to each side, and perhaps a
"0" in the middle to reflect that. If not, then I think there should be
some indication that fully counter-clockwise is the least offset -- perhaps
a "0" on the left side and and whatever voltage it approximates on the right
side.
My understanding of module's function is that it shifts by greater
exponential frequencies as the summed voltage (CV In, Initial Fine, Fine
Shift) increases, and that a negaative voltage sum would be ignored. Otoh,
if you have it so that negative voltages actually swap the Up and Down
outputs, then you have something unique :)
