Unfortunately I didn't get to play around with it, although the guy that
brought it had a random patch running different waveforms from the Modcan
wavetable osc through the LPG.

Yes, someone brought a DSS-1 (forgot to mention that) and played it. He
actually wasn't a DIY guy and heard about the meeting because of Robert
Rich, but got into the spirit of things.
There was also a guy (from the Analog Heaven list, I think) who brought an
Evolver (new analog/digital hybrid from Dave Smith, of Sequential Circuits
and Prophet 5 fame). You wouldn't think there was any room for analog stuff
in that little box, but it did all sorts of stuff.
