"Fine" seems to make more sense to me.
Another thing to keep in mind about the "big knob" is that it isn't just the
_knob size_ that makes it "big" but the "importance" that Bode gave it on
the panel. The large circle of graphics around the knob give it that 'Bode
FS presence,' too, and if the standard MOTM knob was used with a large
finely-demarked graphic around it, it would have a similar visual look
without going to a 3" knob.
Of course, if that's to be done, it should make "sense," and not just be a
big graphic for no reason. I'm one of those who always thought that the Bode
big knob was cool, but if it doesn't make sense to make it stand out, then
the whole thing's a little goofy.

OK, I've seen everyone's comments so far and as long as it's the regular
MOTM knob, it seems pretty 'doable' to me. Now I pose another question:
There are two pitch controls fine and course; would you like it on the
course or fine control?
Here comes round two... :)
