Go to radio shack and buy their most expensive inline 1/4 inch jack and plug. You'll also need about a foot of coax, some heat shrink tubing, and a couple of 1/8W resistors. Make a short "extension cord" but use the two resistors to make an attenuator in the jack end of the cord. Use heat shrink tubing to insulate the attenuator from the metal barrel and to provide a little strain relief. Plug the extension cords into the amp and MOTM into the extension cords.
