Subject: Cascaded S&H demo

New Robert Rich demo, showing 2 cascaded MOTM-101 S&H modules. Driving
source is an
Encore UEG in sequencer mode. The demo is NOT multi-tracked: it shows the
'analog shift register'
sound effect. Also, to make the sound 'morph', we have hard sync, high-speed
analog FM and some PWM
thrown in for good measure.

This is a new version of the NAMM demo that everyone asked "Where is the
delay coming from?" Actually,
no one guessed correctly.
