Hey there ......

I've Reverse-Engineered this machine fairly extensively, and sorry to inform
you , its Design is that of FULLY Digitally-Synthesized Envelope Generator(s)....
Every aspect of the EG comes from code deep inside the system Firmware
...the ROM Memory chip,( pre-programmed at the Factory with a preset patterns
that cannot be changed easily !)  The CPU ,under control of this coding first reads the parameters you've previously chosen via the front panel , then  sends a series of Bytes to the principle chips involved.... there are no Analog controls that you can 'Warp'.... normally.....Its especially difficult to overcome this limitation with this particular design....there is only ONE D/A circuit for all three EG's and its output is Time-Div-Multiplexed at a high rate into 8 sample/hold circuits which eventually feed the
ToneGen chip's EG inputs...(internal VCA's )
Its only here, someone COULD get really clever and change the magnitude of each prior to this input to the TG....So I suppose here it would take 8 additional-separate control knobs .I'll have to think about that one !
