was wondering about polishing up the buttons, the material is fine as is but it would be nice to have a glossy finish.  clear would actually be an interesting look..

the bezel fits on the switch very well, but yep the hole in the legs that clip onto the tabs of the switch is just not quite perfectly long enough (like, a matter of fractions of a millimetre) so they don't 'click' onto the tabs.  i'm pretty sure they could be filed, but as it's all held in place by the button and there is no movement anyway i didn't worry about it.

getting the buttons to click into the syntaur switches was a bit of a pain.  the dimensions are perfect for the top of the switches but the way it all fits together makes the leverage difficult.  i was worried about snapping the tabs while doing it, but they held up fine.

all up it's great, pretty amazing that it's even possible
