Getting the hang of FL Studio and some gear
I've been figuring out how to use the past few months to
merge the HAWK into a mix.

This time I posted something that actually sounds like
music!  :)

http://soundcloud.com/sythetech/mc-korg505-800

It's the HAWK being sequenced by my MC505 to hold just
one pattern thru the entire song.  The HAWK voice
slowly opens and closes the VCF on it's own as part of
the patch saved inside it.

The wha/wha sawtooth sound is VSTi
"Sylinth"

Spaceship sounds are clips from Billy Thorpe, "Children
of the Sun".  And is ran thru the SP-808's
"Hard Jet" FX unit with the D-Beam controlling the
speed/playback of the samples.

Rest of the sounds are all the MC-505.

Yes, it is not a perfect mix.  I'm just now getting
the hang of the basics in both FL Studio and all my hardware
gear..  I tried to kill the hard bass lines in the
recording, but ended up mushing up the rest of the voices
when I try to compress it enough.. so sorry if it gets a bit
too bass'y..  I'll figure out how to avoid that
as I get more familiar with the gear.
