you might want to take the troubleshooting offline and just email me directly
The original Poly will NOT work with the write jumper in place. It must be removed in order to put the Poly back into original configuration.
Send me photos of the front and back of the HAWK board. In focus and detailed so I can see the chips and traces clearly.
